Happy Holidays

Thanks to generous donations from our community, ABC purchases and distributes a holiday gift bag to some of our most vulnerable participants each year. The gift bag often includes a mixture of necessities and fun items that our lowest income participants may never be able to purchase for themselves, such as warm scarves, manicure sets, hot chocolate and card games. They are given a gift card to a local box store as well, to purchase a few additional items of their choice.

The best part for the staff at ABC is picking out gifts for the children in families with minor children, and then delivering them to their door, seeing their happy surprised faces! Thanks to the many volunteers who came out and helped wrap all those presents this year.
