As the largest provider of PSH in Arizona, ABC provides rental assistance to over 3,700 households across Arizona. Our mission is to provide quality, affordable housing and supportive services for persons with behavioral health needs and others with similar housing challenges. Our core business is reliable administration and management of PSH subsidies in Arizona, and we have over 25 years of experience operating high quality HUD CoC, HUD Section 8 Mainstream, and AHCCCS funded housing subsidy programs.

But our work is more than just providing rental assistance. We are providing homes to the most vulnerable Arizonans, those living with Serious Mental Illness, co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, limited fixed income if any at all, and people experiencing homeless and often chronic homelessness. Without a place to call home, these vulnerable individuals and families are left to face the elements, trauma, crises, and all sorts of other factors of indefinitely living in survival mode.

By partnering with HOM, Inc. for housing administration, and Behavioral Health Providers across the State for Supportive Services, we deliver a housing model where people can find stability, recovery, and growth, surrounded by support and care.
