Permanent Supportive Housing Service Providers
Statewide housing-focused supportive service providers are available to assist AHCCCS members who have a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) determination. These providers offer both pre-tenancy and tenancy support services to help individuals secure and maintain stable housing.
We strongly encourage both current ABC Housing participants and individuals on the Waitlist to request a referral from their Behavioral Health Home to one of the providers listed below:
